People work that work here have no control
The people that work here sit outside and smoke with young children and they have no control over the the people they “care for”. They run riot all day and into the evening, they are allowed to shout up and down the road at the top of their lungs, swearing and verbally abusing one another. Some children are more respectful and responsible than others but I do not this that is a reflection of the staff and they should be looked into
