Purchased a king size bed with 2 drawers from Pacific Ocean - delivered 08-01-16. After unpacking noted 1 drawer was not flush and had a 2/3mm gap (ie coming apart). Contacted Pacific Ocean 09-01-16 and told a replacement would be got or ordered. Heard nothing, contacted 23-01-16 - they had forgotten! Then requested drawer returned to shop (bulky and inconvenient), therefore asked to pickup. Could not send photos by email, as they would not provide the address. Also claimed they didn't know the brand of bed ordered! Nothing has been heard since from them. We like to use local businesses, but this experience does not help. As per the previous poster Karyn, we had the same experience too. I wish I'd looked for reviews on this company before purchasing. Avoid this shop, it's not worth the hassle.
