Company history

Leydon Lettings began in 1987.

Our first tenants were a group of UKC students in Canterbury renting a three bedroom student house.

Professionals soon followed, but we remain loyal to our Canterbury students.

Leydon Lettings Agency manages a variety of properties including those provided by the owner (Bob Leydon of Leydon Lettings) and those owned by many other Canterbury landlords. The Leydon Lettings Agency provides high quality accommodation whilst catering for those on a budget.

The Lettings agency owner's properties set a good example – renovated to include state of the art amenities and electrical, phone and data connections. Most properties feature fast Broadband internet, en suites, double beds and double kitchens. Landlord clients are encouraged and assisted to optimize the features in their properties, making them more appealing to rent and to maintain high standards and safety.

Amongst the many features we provide high levels of support, including same day maintenance where possible.
