About Us

Brief description

Survey and Test provide all types of energy performance certificates (EPCs) and energy surveys throughout London and the Southeast. These include thermal imaging surveys, new build emissions calculations to Part L of Building Regulations and EPBD air conditioning reports. Using state of the art equipment and modern software means fees stay competitive and accuracy remains high.

We specialise solely in independent electrical survey and testing, therefore there’s no motivation on our part to exaggerate defects in an electrical system - possibly in the hope that a rewiring job may follow! We do, however, provide an approximate costing to our customer, that gives an idea of the price they should expect to pay should they go on to seek estimates from local electricians. We usually able to offer next day service and specialise in fault finding.
