The Business quickly expanded into the present premises becoming a franchised Skoda dealership in October 1980 (repairing dealer 2003), Daihatsu Main Dealer June 2003 and Proton Main Dealer July 2005. We have experienced many changes in this time and have invested heavily in technology and equipment to keep up with those changes. Our goal is to improve the service available to our customers while retaining the friendly, relaxed atmosphere that we have always tried to maintain. This October will mark yet another anniversary for Express Garage, Roger and Mick still retain enormous enthusiasm for the garage and are as focussed now as we were when we put our toolboxes down in the humble beginnings of our business on October 1st 1978.While we are now a repair dealer we have the ability to act as your agent in sourcing and preparing your new Skoda, this will be supplied to us from an accredited dealer, it will be current UK specification (not a grey import) and will have all current factory deals offered, in our well known informal friendly style. Although titled Managing Director Mick is not averse to donning the overalls, continuous motor trade experience since 1960 is still a good grounding, Pat (Workshop Foreman) is an IMI accredited Master Technician, Simon is Senior Technician, and Tom is a fully qualified Technician. All have been in the Motor trade since leaving school.

Our workshops are very well equipped with state of the art diagnostic equipment as recommended by Skoda, Daihatsu and Proton respectively, our staff are very highly trained and experienced technicians.
