    I bought a 6ft snow globe from Mad Max in Ramsgate which said it was for indoor use and outdoor use.This worked fine indoors but when taken out side the snow clogged up due to the polystyrene balls getting damp. I contacted Mad Max in Ramsgate to be told to see the manager.So off i went to Ramsgate to get the problem sorted out .When i arrived i was told that the manager was not there so i asked for my money back. The shop assistant said he could not refund my money but could send the item off for testing to find out what the problem was.I was not happy with this as i had bought the item for Christmas .He then started getting very aggressive and began swearing at me even though i had small children with me. I found this very upsetting so i left the shop.Not content with his first volley of abuse he then came out of the shop and started swearing at me again . Apart from considering reporting this individual to the Police i will definitely not shop at these premises again.
