Lack of tact

I was very disappointed when I went to the Loft. found the music very loud and the management extremely rude. My friend and I decided to try the food which arrived much later, cold, poorly presented and then my friend found a hair in his dinner. When we complained the manager Angela got very stroppy saying we were out to cause trouble. Ain't going back ever
