All About Asbestos is a friendly independent asbestos surveying company with over twenty years experience within the asbestos industry.
Our surveyors are fully trained in accordance with the British Occupational Hygiene Society's P402 Certificate (Building Surveys & Bulk Sampling), carrying out Type 1, 2 & 3 Surveys.

New legislation introduced on 21st May 2004, governing the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002, has put an explicit duty on owners and managers of all non-domestic premises to ensure that the new regulations have been implemented. Falling within this legislation are all common areas within rented or private accommodation. As a result of this you have a legal obligation (Duty of Care); to protect employees and the public from any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) on your premises therefore failure to comply will contravene Health & Safety Law.
