• You can't go wrong here!

  If you want a baguette to eat in or take away, this is the best place in Canterbury. They have a good range of fresh ingredients, loads of different recipes, and will let you choose your own fillings. I've only had brilliant baguettes from here. There are lots of vegetarian choices, and I'm assured by my friends who have been that the meat is good too! It's all pretty cheap, too!

• Best bagutte shop in town

  CJs is the best baguette shop in Canterbury. The food is fresh, there is a great variety of fillings with some excellent suggestions for combinations or specials, and for hot days there is fresh home made soup or a heated panini. There is a great selection of crisps (Burts vegetable crisps), dessert type options and drinks. There is seating split between the outside of the shop and the inside. Service is quick and helpful even when busy.I really recommend that people try it out.

• good sanwiches

  An upmarket sandwich maker. If you appreciate good quality fillings and a selection of breads and baguettes but don't mind paying a little more, forget subway and come here.
